Ada Mai Warfield

On Wednesday, July 5, 2023 Ada Mai (Jones) Warfield was called home to be with the Lord.  She was born in Cornerville, Tennessee on July 31, 1942 to the late Johnnie and Martha Ann Jones. 

Ada accepted Christ at an early age.  She graduated from Jones Training School in Lewisburg, Tennessee.  She was united in holy matrimony with Eliga Warfield until his death in 2009.

Ada worked at Opryland in the Laundry department for several years.  She also was a caregiver for many years.  She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her husband, parents; sister, Lillian Lee Gentry, Barbara Jean “Bobbie” Jones, Mavis Jones; brothers, Milford Jones, Johnnie Jones Jr. and James Jones. 

She leaves to cherish her memories her sisters, Willie Ann (Robert) Campbell, Jewell (Larry Dishroon, Annie Margaret Bostic; brothers, Winford Jones, Odie (Elizabeth) Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
