Adrian Donnell Brittain was birthed on June 13, 1971, to mother, Olivia Jane Brittain DeArmond who preceded him in death and father, Sterling Jackson who he leaves to mourn. Adrian was born in Nashville, Tn. where he lived all of his childhood and teenage years. Later he moved to Clarksville, Tn. where he made it his home. He was educated in Davidson County Metro Public Schools. His memorable times was at Highland Heights Middle School and Maplewood High School, along with summers at his grandparents’ house, Dolores Dean Baker who preceded him in death and grandfather, Big Adrain Baker whom Adrain was named after. And Lula Mae Brittain who preceded in death. Adrian loved his family! When we weren’t together, we spent countless of hours on the phone talking. Some of you he would keep in contact via Facebook. Regardless of how he contacted the family he did it over and over again. I’ll miss those times he’d call me 11 times within 15 minutes (smile). I already miss those calls.
Adrain was brilliant he could speak on any and every subject there was to talk about. It wasn’t a thing he didn’t know. From cooking to politics and religion Adrain knew.
He loved the Lord; he studied many religions but served only one God. The True Lord Almighty. Adrain attended Inner City Ministries in his early years. As time passed, he would attend any Church he could reach..
Adrain was full of energy and life, funny and carefree. He didn’t care about nobody’s opinion but the Lord and his own!
He traveled across the city seeing and visiting places around town. But he traveled only by foot. He said he could see the world better and up close on foot. Venturing through Nashville with his headphones and music in his ears. Music was his deep-rooted passion. A self-proclaimed Audio Engineer. His entire life Adrain had a passion for mixing and making beats.
His 2nd fulfillment in life was Sanford and Son, and his greatest friends Miller High Life. Long as Adrain had the remote control to watch Sanford and Son his friend Miller High Life and his phone for Facebook he was happy. He listened to Sanford and Son while he was in the hospital up till his last day.
Adrain congratulations on your new life; you’re new home. I’m happy for you!!!! Kenya
