Annie Pearl Gantt Slater

Mrs. Annie Pearl Gantt Slater was born October 9, 1948, in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Herbert Green and Ola Mae Gantt. This fruitful life came to an end on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Annie married John Thomas Slater, Jr., in 1976. Annie was employed as an inspector for Werth Industries for over 38 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed puzzles, word search and teaching children. She will be missed greatly.

Annie leaves to cherish her memories; her loving husband John Slater, Jr., Francis Hubbard Hayes and Esta Love, 2 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 6 sisters, 11 sisters -in-law, 3 brothers-in-law, several other friends and relatives.
