Betty Ann Wallace was born on December 13, 1946, to Rosie May Brock Crutcher and Stepfather, Edward Brock in Smyrna, Tennessee. She passed away peacefully and entered eternal life on May 19, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was a beloved daughter, mother, wife, and friend to many.
Betty accepted Christ at an early age and was a devoted member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and found great solace in her faith. She was a graduate of the Historic North High School in Nashville Davidson County School System, and went on to marry Aaron Wallace, with whom she shared many happy years until his passing. She later united with William Parks.
Betty was a dedicated employee at Days Inn, where she worked in housekeeping until her retirement. In her free time, she enjoyed shopping, cooking, spending time with her family, watching movies, and attending church services. She had a passion for dressing well and taking care of others, always putting their needs before her own.
Betty is preceded in death by her husbands, Aaron Wallace William Parks; sister, Arline; brother, Weldon; son, Reginald. She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Rosie Brock; stepfather, Edward Brock; sons, William and Michael; daughters, Beverly, Teresa, Tameka; 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; special friends, Laura Reeves, Cora Yates, Kathy Walker, Adrie(Mae) Rhodes; God son, Terrance (Keyona) Lampkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
