Carsie Diane Waters January 30, 1954 — September 30, 2024 Carsie Diane Waters was born in Pine Apple, Alabama on January 30, 1954, to Marie Noble and Walter Lewis Williams. On Monday, September 30, 2024, Carsie "fell asleep" in death. She was affectionately known as “Classy” by her family and childhood friends. Carsie attended Cohn High School in Nashville, Tennessee. At the age of 32 she received her Certified Nurses Assistant License.
She later went on to work for Springs Bath & Rugs for 16 dedicated years. In her later years after retirement she worked at Genesco. Carsie loved to cook and bake. She would feed the entire neighborhood. This was one of the ways she showed her love for her family & friends. Carsie never met a stranger. On any given day you could find her fishing with her husband, but she mostly loved to listen to music and dance.
Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband Ronnie Wilson Waters, sons Ronnie Waters, Jr. and Kenneth Waters, daughters Monica Waters and Alicia Waters, brother Jerome Williams, sister Brenda Taylor, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends Lucille Joy, Georgia Milton and Tammy Williams.
