Mrs Cecilia Bell Pugh McCulland also known as Ceal, Cett and Nanny was born in Mt Vernon Alabama on July 14th 1942 to the late Ethel Lee Frazier and James Curtis Pugh. Cecilia attended Rosa A Lot High School In Mt Vernon Al. Cecilia Moved to New York with her first love Clarence McCulland to make a better life for their family. On June 2 1970 Cecilia gave birth to a son, Clarence McCulland Jr and then June 26 1974 she gave birth to a baby girl , Joyce Marie McCulland. Cecilia was a home maker, when she was not taking care of her children, she dedicated her life praying, helping and giving to people everywhere she went . She was truly a warrior for the Lord and like soil to the earth. Cecilia was loved by everyone she came in contact with and will be truly missed . On July 27 2021 the Lord decided that it was time for Cecilia to come home to be with him and she was ready. Cecilia leaves to Cherish her memories. Daughter Joyce McCulland Mortise(Rahkeem Mortise ) Four Grand Children, Ashley Burke McCulland(Anthony Conyers), Aaron McCulland, Jamal and Jalen Mortise three Great Grand Children . Avanni , Zy’ire and new edition due in December . God Daughter Clarissa Greendige . Brothers Aaron Williams(Sharon Williams) James Curtis Pugh(Sandra Pugh ) the late Watson James Pugh(Joanne Pugh) Michael Anthony Pugh (Ann Pugh ). Three Sisters Doris Welch, Ireola Bridget(Jesse Stevenson) and , Angela Pugh Antee(Ronald Antee) Brother in law Terry McCulland, Two sister In laws Dorothy Dees and Betty Henderson and host of nephews, nieces other relatives & friends. Service to held Saturday, July 10, 2021. in Mobile Alabama.
