Charles Emanuel Pinkerton, III

Charles Emanuel Pinkerton, III was born June 19, 1990, in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Charles Pinkerton, Jr. and Terri Newman Pinkerton. This fruitful life came to an end on Friday, March 21, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Charles accepted Christ as his Personal Savior and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was educated in the Nashville Davidson County Public Schools, attending Park Ave. Elementary, Kings Lane Elementary and Ewing Park, he graduated from Antioch High School. He continued his education by attending Nashville State Technical and Vocational School.

Charles was employed by Express Oil as an Oil and Tire Engineer. In his spare time, he enjoyed making music, reading, rapping, working out, cooking and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Charles was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Pinkerton, Sr., grandparents, Lonnie and Lassie Newman, aunt, Claudia Newman, uncle, Kim Pinkerton, cousins, Brittney Newsom and Charlye Holt.

Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, Terri E. Newman and Charles E. Pinkerton, Jr., brothers, Brandon Newman, sisters, Brandi Newman, Taneshia-Gilbert Darby, niece, Amerie Darby, nephews, Adrian Darby, Ja’markis, Ja’mycah, Jeremiah Williamson, Brandon Newman, Jr., cousins, DaQuan, Dontae, Juice, Marquette, Marc Anthony, Quentin, Dashell, Risha, Neepooh, Mia, Tayah, Dejah, Laquita, Chenquita, Montesha, Lazeka, Cheveka, Ashley, Yodi (Aleta) Woo (Chasity), Shanae, Jhanae and Whittneclose friends, C.J, DeAndre, Charles, Joseph, Kevo, Montez, Gregory “Pooh”, Dominique, Lil George, Myke, BJ and a host of other relatives cousins and friends.
