Cheryl Levett Gaither

April 1, 1961 — March 10, 2022

Cheryl Levett Gaither was born on April 1, 1961 in Jackson, Tennessee to the union of Brenda Lue and Aaron Levell Gaither. She departed this earthly life on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at her residence in Nashville, Tennessee.

Cheryl accepted Christ as her Lord and Savoir at an early age. After relocating to Nashville, Tennessee she united with Faith United Missionary Baptist Church where she was a faithful member. She served in many capacities to include Sunday School Teacher and any other ministry where she felt she could work for the Lord.

She received her formal education in Jackson Madison County Tennessee. She continued her education by attending Tennessee Technological University 1986 in Cookeville, Tennessee and American Baptist College of Arts 2004. She obtained her Master’s Degree.

Cheryl was a blessing to be around, She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves a legacy of love to all.

Those left to cherish her loving memories are her father Aaron (Rebecca) Gaither, brother Cindy (Carmen) Gaither, sisters Syvonne (Jerome) Hood, Shaun (Granville) Harris, nephews Courtier Montgomery, Tristen Weirch, nieces Colleen Gore, Lacey Gaither, Halania Dixon, Ryan Dixon, Nozizwe Hlengwa, Artise Gaiter, Kimora Gaither Harris, great niece Alyse Howard, great nephews Caiden Covington, Messiah Collins, and a host of cousin, other family, and friends and her loving church family. Visitation Friday, March 18, 2022, 12-3:00pm at funeral home. Graveside Saturday, March 19, 2022, 10:30am at Greenwood Cemetery North.
