Darryl Eugene Samuels

Darryl Eugene Samuels was born on March 17, 1961 in Nashville, Tennessee to the Cora Lou Batey.  He passed on Thursday, May 23, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Darryl was educated in Metro Nashville Public School Systems. He has worked in the carpentry field for a number of years.

Darryl enjoyed grilling, partying, and having family outings. He was a wonderful father, brother, and friend. He will be truly missed!!!

Darryl was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Batey, Patricia Samuels, brothers, Bobby Samuels, and Charles Batey.

He leaves to cherish his memories daughter, Darresha Samuels, granddaughter, Dakota, sisters, Emma (James) Nicholson, and Earline Batey, devoted niece and nephew, Letitia Batey and Charles Batey, devoted friend, Sedrick Talley, and a host of stepchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, friends, and loved ones. Visitation Thursday, June 2, 2022, 3-4pm with funeral to follow at funeral home.
