Deborah Ann Fowlkes

Deborah Ann Fowlkes was born July 9, 1954 to the late Precious & Jessie Fowlkes. She reunited with her parents on June 5, 2026 in Nashville, TN

Deborah Ann graduated in 1973 from Tennessee School of Deaf in Knoxville, TN.

Deborah Ann accepted Christ at an early age and rededicated her life to Christ as an adult.

Deborah Ann loved being around family and friends and what she cherished most was her daughter LaTara. She enjoyed spending her time at Bridges for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and taking pictures.

Deborah Ann was preceded in death by her parents Precious & Jessie Fowlkes

Those left to cherish her memories and embrace the love she left; her loving daughter LaTara Fowlkes (Charles); Brother Larry (Terry) Smith, Nieces Nicole (Richard) Russell, LaTarsha (David) Sanchez, and Catrina Haley. Nephew Larry (Kim) Smith Jr.; 9 great nieces and nephews. Uncle Walter (Dorothea) Smith; Aunt Annitra Mitchell, a host of cousins, other family and devoted friends.
