Mrs. Demetria “Dee-Dee” Kelly was born May 30, 1961 to the late Mary Lizzie Perry McCuller and Frank Roach, Sr. in Newellton, Louisiana. We all love her, but God loved her best. God came and stood by her side and whispered to her “Well done thy good and faithful servant. Come unto me and rest, your heavenly rewards awaits…”. She accepted her Heavenly Wings on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at TriStar Skyline Medical Center.
On December 24, 1983, Dee Dee married the love of her life whom she loves to cherish, Franklin L. Kelly. They were truly blessed to celebrate 39 years of Marriage.
