Don Evans

Don Eugene Evans affectionately known as “Bolinjack” was born on July 16, 1953, to Ruby Jean Evans and Elgie Evans in Nashville, Tennessee. He departed his life and gained his wings on June 3, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Don was educated in the Metro-Nashville Public School system graduating from Hume-Fogg High School. He was employed for many years as an Engineer at Avco Aerospace and a Texas firm. Although he was an Engineer by trade he could have been an artist because he loved to draw.

He was preceded in death by his son, Terrance Eugene Evans; his parents; sister, Sharon Davis and brother, Larry Evans. He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Dionza Brooks; sisters, Lisa Evans, Linda Hall; brothers, Elgie Evans, Chris Evans, friend, Maurice Harris; brother-in-law, Lillard Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
