Dwight Eddie Bond, Sr. was born on May 8, 1960 in Brownsville, Tennessee to the union of John Frank and Beatrice Bond. He departed this life on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dwight accepted Christ at an early age and united with New Hope Baptist Church. He was educated in Brownsville, Tennessee Public Schools, attending Bailey Elementary, and graduate from Haywood High School.
Dwight was a self-employed brick mason of 35 years; He was a bricklayer by trade and a man of few words. He was passionate about fishing, he loved being challenged with building projects and lending a helping hand to all who knew him.
Dwight was preceded in death by his parents John Frank and Beatrice Bond, his son, Dwight Eddie Bond, Jr., his brothers, William Jones, and Rodney Bond, and his sisters, Barbara Perry, Vonzetta Carney, and Stephanie Peoples.
He leaves to cherish his memories son, Antavius “Boo” Bond, grandchildren, Natalie Bond, Nathan (Junebug) Bond, Michael Bond, brothers, Freddie (Wilma) Burnette, Johnnie (Lee) Bond, Joseph (Elaine) Bond, Michael Bond, sisters Debra Neal, Sheila Hall, Charlotte Nicholson, Holly (Geno) Yancy, and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends. Visitation Sunday, April 3, 2022, 11:30-12:30 with funeral to follow at fh.
