Elizabeth McAdoo Jones

Age 73, passed away June 17, 2022. Elizabeth McAdoo Jones was born August 13,1948 in Nashville, Tennessee to William Henry (Bud) Harris and Ruby Johns. She was raised in Lebanon, Tennessee by Callie Huddleston whom she preceded in death.

 Elizabeth was baptized in the church of Christ at an early age attending Market Street Church of Christ. She was presently a member of the beloved Jackson Street Church of Christ. Elizabeth loved to read her bible daily and loved the Lord.

Elizabeth was united in Holy Matrimony to RC Jones and they lived a loving and spiritual life together.

Elizabeth will truly be missed by her loving husband, RC Jones; children, Perry (Meka) McCall, Eunita(Parnell) Hendking; stepchildren, Edward, Benita, Teresa, Laura, Rachael and Charlie Jones all of Nashville, TN.; siblings, Lois(O’Neal) Morton, Pamela(Desi) Thompson, Eula(Thomas) Stokes, Joyce(Al)Rogan, Carolyn, Ruby Jean, Betty, Linda, Juanita Johns, John (Sonya) Johns, and James Huddleston; Sisters-in-law, Bessie(Jessie) Christopher of Memphis, TN.; Ann Ransom of Chicago, IL.; grandchildren, Ladarious, Keiosha, Parnell, Keimani, Keilan, Kaiden, Casen and Marquita; great grandchildren, Ladarious (WooWoo), London, Kinsley, Kameron and Kaleiyha; devoted niece Dawana;  and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 Visitation Thursday, June 23, 2022, 11-12 with funeral to follow at Jackson Street Church of Christ. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery North.
