Erica Gray

Ms. Erica Denise Gray was born April 5, 1971, in Nashville, Tennessee to the parents, Ivey Gray and Shirley Hayes Gray. This sweet life came to end on Sunday May 24, 2026, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Erica attended Metro Nashville Public Schools and was employed by Metro Housing for several years.

Erica loved life. She was an advocate for her children and loved them unconditionally. Her grandchildren were her heart.

Erica was preceded in death by her parents, Ivey and Shirley Gray and son, Eric Gray.

She leaves to cherish her sweet memories her loving sons, Ron and George Gray, grandchildren, Queen, Raya, Celeste, Little George “Chop”, siblings, Nathan (Denise) Gray, Xavier Gray, Jada Gray, Crystal Gray, Ivey Gray, III, Anthony Claybrooks and Lashana Blevins, best friends, Terry, Peaches, Lawanda, Lee Lee, Camie and Red
