Preceded in death by her husband, Isaiah Vance, Jr. Survived by daughter, Judith Branch; son, Gregory Vance; brother in law, Prince (Emma) Vance, Sr.; sisters in law, Cassandra Bowman & Sonjia (James) Crutchfield; cousins, Charmayne (Michael) Bell Wyvonia Ray; a host of other family & friends. Memorial Service Thursday, July 16, 2015, 11 a.m. at Funeral Home. Private Internment to follow.
