Harold Edward Howse

Harold Edward Howse was born on July 10, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Earnest Howse and Eva Mayes Howse. He entered into rest on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Harold received his formal education in Metro Davidson County Public Schools, attending Haynes School, graduating Class of 1965. After completion of high school, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he served his country as an Army Combat Veteran and Sniper, receiving an Honorable Discharge. Harold returned home after service and continued his education by attending Nashville State Tech, receiving a two-year degree in 1978.

Harold was united in Holy Matrimony to Jeane Thompson, they have enjoyed 39 years of marriage.

Harold was employed as a Press Operator at Baird Ward for many years, until his retirement. He enjoyed listening to Motown & Jazz, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and playing softball.

He leaves to cherish his memories loving and devoted wife, Jeane Thompson Howse, daughter, Kimberly (Rodney) Whitaker, sons, Ehren Howse, Jason (Kendra) Howse, Erick (Michele) Howse, 9 grandchildren, Dominque, Alexis, Arien, Emmanuel, Elijah, Gabby, Gabriel, Phillip, and Payton, brothers, Charles (Sharonda) Howse, Douglas Howse, cousin, Kenneth (Brenda) Martin, and a host of other cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
