Mr. Howard Brown was the son of Edward Brown Jr. and Mary Ellen Lockridge Brown. He was born on February 14, 1948 in Columbia, Tennessee. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Howard was educated in the Maury County Public School system graduating in 1966 from Carver Smith High School. After high school, he was drafted in the United States Army and served from March, 1968 to October, 1970, where he climbed to the rank of Sargent. He also worked in the department of Engineering responsible for airplane parts. Howard enjoyed cooking, fishing, and repairing things around the house.
He was a wonderful son, father, brother, grandfather, and uncle. He will be truly missed by all of his loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Edward Brown, Jr. and Mary Ellen Lockridge Brown, siblings, Peggy Brown Smith, Dorothy Brown Wilkes, Annie Beatrice Brown Baugh, Mary Leona Brown Russell.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife, Tammy Dawn Brown; children: Katina Nysha Shields (Randy), Selena Rochelle Brown, Jason Joseph Simmons, Kerri Nicole Watts, Ashley Nicole Raines, Joshua Lee Raines
and Katelyn Marie Raines; siblings: Fred Brown, Earl Brown; grandchildren: Latisha Nicole Radley, Jermarcus Octavious Burns, Kira Elaine Brown, Zarrian Montrell Haynes, Micah Rheychelle White, Xavier Sentell White, KeriAna Lenae
Sterling, Lily Medora Gniffke, Isabella Jordyn Simmons, Alijah Jace Kaleb Raines, Keyani Monse Chanel Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.
