Isaac Berry

Isaac J. Berry Jr “IB” was born in Nashville, Tn on 12/09/1932 to the late Isaac J. Berry Sr. and Grace Berry. He was educated in Metropolitan Nashville Public School System. He devoted his life to Christ at an early age.

Isaac who was known by IB, Spent his life working by driving trucks for Harris Electric and Tennessee Electric Motors Co, where he was known for his hard work, kindness, and dedication.

Isaac loved to work around the house, cutting grass, working on cars, and watching Tv. Some of his favorites shows were Westerns , The Heat of the night and Big Bang Theory.

His Legacy lives on by the lives he touched and the love he gave. He was loved by many and he will truly be missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife Avery Berry. He later remarried his wife Dezzie (Polly) Berry whom he was also preceded in death. His two daughters Geraldine Hughes and Janice Battle, his sister Addie Tucker, his brothers Andrew Berry, John Berry, Paul Berry, and Moses Berry.

He is survived by loved ones to cherish his memories, children Isaac (Gracie) Berry III, Faye Hudson, Joyce (Sterling) Harris, Kenneth (Annette) Berry, Roger (Denise) Berry, Phyllis (Devoe) Cornell, Gail (Samuel) Scales, Maggie Cannon, Franklin Cannon, Harold (Andrea) Cannon, Kenneth Cannon, and a host of grand children , great grand children , great great grand children , Son-in-law Fred Battle and two Brothers James W. Berry Sr and Orlando (Marsha) Berry.
