James Michael West

James Michael West, 64, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 20, 2024, in the TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in TN. He was born, February 23, 1960, in Pineville, Louisiana to the union of Albert Taylor and Addie West.

 He is preceded to death by his parents, his sister Cammie Rivers and son James Harper.

 Those lelt behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife Trenesa D. Tate-West, his son James Michael Tate, five brothers and two sisters; Alassad ( Lupitai Rasheed of Little Rock, Arkansas, Aaron (Manuela Clarice) Taylor of Oakdale, Edmond Taylor of Oakdale. Kenneth (Robin) West of Dallas. Zenobia John Olgelsby of Pheonix City, Alabama and Paulette West of Oak Point, Texas. 7 grandchildren; Ja’Mya Tate (and husband Ja’aZiah) Gasper, JaKayla Cross, Rodeasya Jackson, Jordan Tate, Ja’Michael Tate, Isaiah Williams, Yahzeed Legend Jeter, and King Jasir Michael Tate. 3 great grandsons; Jayden Malik, Rylan Nasir, Ja’Kayden Khalil. Numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
