Keith Andre King, Sr.

Keith Andre King Sr. was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Mary Joyce Upton and Charles W.
King. He departed this life on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee.
Keith accepted Christ at an early age and united with Mount Zion M.B. Church. He received his
education in the Davidson County Nashville Public School Systems, graduating from East Nashville High
School, Class of 1982.
Keith was employed with Third National Bank and Leggett & Platt, for a number of years until his health
began to fail. He enjoyed watching sports, rapping, dancing, and he was always the life of the party.
Keith was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew
and loved him!
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Joyce Upton and Charles W. King.
He leaves to cherish his memories sons, Keith A. King, Jr., Telvin D. King, grandchildren, Daivon C. King,
Carter K. King, Andrea B. Olden, De’marion Cosimano, Plummeria Williams, brother, Tony R. King,
sisters, Wanda Diane Upton, Rosalyn R. Upton, devoted cousin, Kerry Williams, a host of cousins, nieces,
nephews, and friends.
