Survived by step-mother, Ann Hayes Otey; fianc??e, Genieve Graham; brothers, Theodore (Lisa) Otey & Alan Otey; sister, Angelia Otey; a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends. Viewing Thursday, 12-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation Friday, 10-11 a.m., with funeral to follow at St. Luke C.M.E. Church, 28th Ave. North. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
