Ms. Kimberly Janette Payne was born July 31, 1962 in Nashville, Tennessee to the parents, Charlie and Barbara Boyd Payne. This productive life came to an end on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at West Tennessee Healthcare Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Kimberly was educated in the Nashville Davidson County Public Schools and was a 1981 graduate of McGavock Comprehensive High School.

She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and was currently united with Peaceful Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Brownsville, Tennessee.

Kimberly enjoyed making people laugh. She enjoyed reading and was always the life of the party.

She leaves to mourn her passing and celebrate her memories, her sons, Keion L. Kendrick, Kerry D. Payne, Kalen D. Payne, daughter, Kelly JD. Payne, son, Ronald B. Payne, sister, Sharron D. Payne, grandchildren, Jesiah Festus, Kylan Payne, Keai K. Payne, Kyal K. Payne, Ka’niya Payne, Kyrell Thompson, Genesis E. Payne, Jamarian Wilson, nephew, Rondry Swindell, Jr., niece, Abigal Swindell, Addison Proctor, Alexandria Swindell, friends of Brownsville, Tn., special devoted friend, Jimmy Jones, devoted friends, Abbie Lanier, Sherita Butler as well as a host of other relatives and dear friends.
