MOORE, Lona AliceAge 88, Nashville. Passed away October 14, 2011 at Alive Hospice in Nashville TN. She is preceded in death by her late parents, Roosevelt and Ovada Evans Sloan. She is survived by her devoted husband, Samuel N. Moore; five children, William (Judy) Pointer Jr., VA, Theodore R. Pointer, CA, Ovada Pointer Edmondson, Craton (Keka) Moore, CA, and Arvenia Moore, CA; aunts, Julia (Bernard) Holmes, DC, Gloria (Herman) Boykins, AL; host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Viewing Monday, 12-6 p.m. at funeral home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 18th from 6 to 7 p.m. with funeral services to follow at First Baptist South Inglewood, 1515 Ann Street, Pastor H.K. Smith, Eulogist.
