Mrs. Maggie Mae Dangerfield was born September 26, 1944 in Franklin, Tennessee to the union of Elmer McKissack and Addie Mae McKissack. She departed this sweet life on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Maggie was united with Faith Church Inc. She was educated in the Williamson County Public School System. She was united in Marriage to Frank Allen Dangerfield, Sr. in 1969.
In her spare time she enjoyed cooking, family get-togethers, sewing and working crossword puzzles.
Maggie Mae Dangerfield was preceded in death by her mother, Addie Mae McKissack, father, Elmer McKissack, son, Kenneth Wayne McKissack, daughter, Tangela Yvonne Rucker, grandson, Frank Allen Dangerfield III, sister, Annie Wells, brother, Melvin Mckissack and Edward McKissack.
Those left to cherish her loving and devoted husband, Frank Allen Dangerfield Sr, children, Elmer McKissack, Renee ( John) Clark, Angela Wade, Frank Allen Dangerfield Jr., grandchildren Marvie Anglin, Kenneth Howard, Charika (LaDon) Moore, DeAndre Rucker, Peggy Clark, Renee Rucker, Brittney McKissack, Elexis McKissack, Ezekiel Dangerfield, Devoted Great Granddaughter Destiny Busby along with 22 great grandchildren, siblings, Betty Jo (Fred) Goodner, Shirley(Shawn) Moore, Peggy Chatman, William McKissack, sister in law, Era McKissack, host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, dear friends, Barbara Jones, Alice Ferguson Gaddes, Mattie Moore, & Wanda Brown.
