Mr. Michael Sebastian Linden was born October 7, 1966, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Joyce Ann (Minor) Clasby and Phillip Dennis Linden. He was the oldest child born to this union. Michael went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 11, 2025.
Michael was educated in the Indianapolis Public School System.
He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and dedicated his life to the Lord at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Michael was active in church. He was a member of the choir and played the drums. After relocating to Nashville, he joined The Temple Church in 2016.
Micheal met the love of his life Scharonda in 2016. They went on to get married on August 4, 2018. This was a union made in heaven. They prayed for each other, and God brought them and their blended families together it was true love.
Michael was a true girl dad. He had 5 daughters whom he loved tremendously. He taught them to be independent strong women. Michael was very proud of all of them and talked about his girls daily.
Michael was an avid motorcycle rider. He was a retired member of the Bold Rider Motorcycle Club. This was his second family. Michael was also a musician he played keyboard, base guitar, bongos and drums. He loved to sing and would break out in a song at anytime or place. He sang in different gospel groups in Indianapolis. He started his own R& B group with his good friend, and they named it “Street Life.”
Michael was a very proud “Pawpaw”. He loved his grandchildren unconditionally.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Scharonda Linden, daughters, Robin (Michael) Petty, Randi Linden, Ra-Ana Linden, Ravon Linden, Myana Linden, Rhonda (William) Tomasello-Easler, Jasmine Teats and son, Jairus (Ariana) Teats, grandchildren, Ke’Shawn, Are’ana, Te Shauna (Heaven), Harris, Jr., Adrian, Andre, La’Niela, Sa’Kiyah, La’Zaria, Ma’Riyah, Essence, A’miyah, A’Mirah, and William, Jr. (Heaven), Michael, Jr., Carter, and Elise, sisters, Anjanette Johnson, Keitsha (Antonio) Howard, brother, Maurice Linden, sisters-in-law, Sheryl Gooch and Sharon (Anthony) Wall, brother-in-law, Shane Gooch, aunts, Carolyn Williams, Annette Maxey, uncles, Cleodus Minor, Vernon Minor, Otha (Wanda) Bailey, 3 nieces, 4 nephews a host of cousins and friends.
