Millicent Caruthers

Millicent Charlene Wagner Caruthers was born on January 3, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to the union of Charles Henry Wagner, IV and Mary E. Holmes Wagner. She entered peacefully into rest on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at her residence in Madison, Tennessee.

Millicent accepted the Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Kings Lane Church of Christ. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Carl E. Caruthers on April 16, 1977, one son was born to this union. They enjoyed a number of years of marriage, until his untimely passing.

Millicent prided herself in being a Homemaker, Christian, and a Mentor. She enjoyed reading scriptures, music, mentoring, watching and admiring movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Millicent was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Wagner, IV., husband, Carl Caruthers, brother, Eric Wagner, and in-law, Cedric Caruthers.

She leaves to cherish her memories son, Bernard (Yolanda) Caruthers, grandsons, Sincere Caruthers, Elias Caruthers, brother, Charles Wagner, V., sister, Marylyn Sims, in-laws, Charles (Jackie) Caruthers, Lawrence (Pam) Caruthers, Lydia Caruthers, Keturah (Olean) Thompson, Shauna (William) Cartwright, Teree Caruthers, JaKeya Caruthers, Lauren Caruthers, Josh (KeKe) Caruthers, Shay Caruthers, Darnell (Melissa) Caruthers, nephews, Chase, Shane, Christian, and a host of other relatives and friends.
