Survived by her husband of 41 years, William Michael Dodson, her loving mother Lucille affectionately known as "Madear".Two daughters, Taiya Tenay (husband Michael) Henegar of Nashville, Tennessee, Chiara Chanelle (husband Mandre) Otey of Nashville, Tennessee, two grandsons, Xabian Je'ron Dodson and D'ante DeJuan Dodson of Nashville, Tennessee, five granddaughters, Mira Delane Dodson, Madison Thelmarine Dodson, MyKayla Mayoree Henegar, Taleah Michelle Otey, and Caylee Marie Otey of Nashville, Tennessee, two brothers, Kenneth (wife Brenda) Haigler and Alphonso (wife Ella) Haigler of Fayetteville, North Carolina, one sister-in-law, Donna (husband Fred) Johnson of Tennessee, brothers-in-law, Darryl (wife Vivia) Dodson, Bryan (wife LaVrue) Dodson of Georgia, and Royal (wife Richelle) Dodson of Nevada. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Zoom Memorial Service was held by her family and loved ones. Terrell Broady Funeral Home.
