Preceded in death by sister, Mary Gordon; brothers, Clyde, Charles, Joseph, Denver, Bobby, John & Gordon Larkins, Jr. Survived by husband, Rev. Jesse M. Bowers, Sr.; daughter, Carolyn Wiseman; sons, Rev. Jesse (Brenda) Bowers, Jr., and Richard Bowers; 6 granddaughters; a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Sunday, 5-6 p.m., with funeral to follow at Braden Memorial United Methodist Church, Rev. Shirley Rayford, Officiant. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery West.
