Orbain Owens

Mr. Orbain Owens was born June 1, 1952 in Sledge, Mississippi to the union of James Owens, Sr., and Norvella Faulkner. He departed this life on Monday, February 19, 2024 at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a 1969 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. Orgain was united with the Holy Name Catholic Church.

He was employed as a Maintenance Supervisor at Holy Name Church until his retirement in 2023.

He was preceded in death by both parents, James Owens, Sr. and Norvella Faulkner, brothers, Willie James Owens, James Owens, Jr. Otis Owens, Timothy Henderson and Alex Faulkner, sister, Queen Ester Lyons. 

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Stephanie Owens, Orbain Owens, Jr., Tomika Owens, sisters, Estella Owens, Priscilla Faulkner a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
