Rita Clark

Rita Arnacie Clark was born to Polly Foxx and Henry Kelly on November 24, 1958 in Nashville, Tn. Rita transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on July 27, 2021 at her home. Rita received her High School diploma Graduating from Tennessee School for Deaf (TSD) in Knoxville, TN as well as received some college credits. Rita was employed at Bridges where she assisted & worked as a Counselor as well as active advocate for the deaf & hard of hearing community. Rita found joy in helping others, spending time with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren. She loved music, she was very outgoing, joyful, Outspoken, kind hearted, giving, loving, fun, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. Rita was proceeded in dead by her Mother Polly Foxx, Father Henry Kelley, Nephews Ronnie Foxx and De’Angelo Foxx. Visitation Friday, August 6, 2021, 12-1 with funeral to follow at funeral home.
