Ronnie Edmondson was born July 14, 1962, at Nashville General Hospital to the parents, Geraldine Beech and Henry Nash. He entered into eternal life on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
Ronnie was educated at Metro Nashville Public Schools. He was a graduate of Harris Hillman High School and was employed by The Rochell Center where he was blessed to work several other jobs during his tenure.
Ronnie “Tinka” as he was called by his family and friends, gave his life to Christ at an early age at Mt. Calvary M.B. Church under the leadership of Pastor Percy J. Clark. He served on the usher board. He later moved his membership to New Hope M.B. Church under the leadership of Pastor James Turner, Jr., there he sang in the choir and continued his service on the usher board.
Ronnie was known for being the life of the party everywhere he went ; he would aways be the one who would break out in a dance. He loved to collect things such as coins, can tops, shoestrings, and let’s not forget how he loved his “Uno Cards”.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Geraldine Beech and Henry Nash, stepfather, Walter Beech, brother, Larry Edmondson and nephew, Antonio Edmondson. Aunts, Deloris Lock, Jean Whitaker Boleyjack and Ann Beech, uncle, Lenard Edmondson, step aunts, Fannie Mae Sawyer and Minnie James, step-uncles, Sam Beech and George Buchanan,
Those left to cherish his sweet memories are his devoted sister, Linda (Michael) Jones, four brothers & sisters, Kapreace Smith, Walter, Angela and Anthony (Lamessia) Edmondson, fourteen, nieces and nephews, Cedric, Alicia, De’Andre, Terrio, Terrika (Neil) Primm, Charquita, Michael Jones, Laketa, Charles, Aquan, Malik, Gerlaniqua, Waltanae, Walter and twenty six great nieces and nephews, two devoted great nieces, Wilnequa and Chivanaye Edmondson, one devoted great nephew, William Edmondson, other cousins, Beech, Boleyjack, Lock, Sawyers, Bryant , Greer, and Jones Families, good friend, (cousin) Robert Munn and Jessica Chrismon, devoted friend, Benita Ferguson.
