Sarah Summers

SUMMERS, Sarah Louise Age 86 of Nashville, departed this world on October 31, 2011. She was preceded in death by husband, James H. Summers; son, Marvin Hambrick; parents, Bennie and Ruth Sims; and 6 sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, three devoted children, Patricia Hambrick Jackson, Melvin J. (Lillie) Hambrick and Ronald W. (Brenda) Hambrick; brother, Deacon Benjamin (Naomi) Sims; 18 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren; devoted cousin, Arnett Sims; special friends, Helen Lee and Marie Scott, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and her Sylvan Street Baptist Church family. Viewing Sunday, 2-5 p.m. Visitation Monday, 10-11 a.m., with funeral to follow at Terrell Broady Funeral Home, 3855 Clarksville Pike.
