Shayolanda Nicole Murray was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Paula Murray and Freddy Clark on November 30, 1983. She departed this life on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Shayolanda accepted Christ at an early age and fellowshipped with Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. She was educated in Metro Public School, graduating from Whites Creek High School. She later attended Nashville State Community College.
Shayolanda was employed with Clover Bottom and Centennial Adult Daycare for 10 years, until she became disabled. She enjoyed cooking, karaoke, vibing to music, and getting her hair done.
Shayolanda was preceded in death by her parents, Paula Murray and Freddy Clark.
She leaves to cherish her memories loving and devoted son, Jayden N. Baugh, daughter, Kay’Lei N. Pullens, devoted stepfather, David (Beverly) Collier Jr., devoted siblings, Christopher D. Clark, Michelle D. Collier, devoted niece, Je’Anaiah J. Collier, loving uncle, John Murray, Nurnis Ewing, and Donnie Clark, aunts, Dianne Ewing-Little, Mary Clark-Marable, Joyce Young, and Cortney Martin, devoted friends, Jennifer Simpson-Gooch, Quantika Miller, Jameia Moon, Domonique Moss, Latoya Morehead, Dorenzo Martin, La’Nesha Madison, and Comalitta Shannon, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
