Shirley Anne Morgan

Shirley Morgan was born October 9, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky. She departed this earthly life on Thursday, March 14, 2024. She was preceded in death by: parents, Howard E. Best and Hattie M. Best, brother,  Howard R. Best, and nephew, Willie Price.

Shirley is survived by, husband, Michael Morgan, daughters, Sherry Mitchell (Deon) & Nicolet Henderson, siblings, Patricia Ann Harper (Bobby)  Eugene Best, Gloria “Jean” Bell, Janice “Faye” Williams, John Fitzgerald Best, nieces and nephews, Shawn Davis, Da Juan Best, Robert & Ronald Harper, Teneesha Bell, Dee Williams, Howard Best Jr., and Ida Best, and a host of cousins and friends.
