Tammy Terrell Vaughn

Tammy Terrell Vaughn was born December 21, 1969, in Nashville Tennessee to the parents, Vera Vaughn and Roosevelt Pirtle. The fruitful life ended on Friday, August 30, 2024, at her residence in Madison, Tennessee.

Tammy was educated in the Metro Nashville Public Schools, attending East High School. She accepted Christ in her life at an early age and was united with Greater Christ Temple Apostolic Church.

Tammy was employed in the Hospitality Industry for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed drawing, dancing, fixing hair and cracking jokes but she had a passion for Christ and serving His people. She loved the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera Vaughn, sisters, Stephanie Vaughn, and Ursula Vaughn and grandchild, Demarcus Vaughn.

Those left to cherish her memories are her father, Roosevelt Pirtle, sons, La’ Ronnie Vaughn, Demond Vaughn, Andre Vaughn, Pierre Vaughn, daughters, Fatima Vaughn and Deandrea Vaughn, brothers, Mitchell Vaughn, Tyrone Vaughn (Cassandra), sisters, Eartha Hayes and Vanessa Vaughn, 17 grandchildren, devoted companion, Herman Washington, and a host of other relatives and friends.
