Torie Lamont Ayers, 47, transitioned to eternal rest on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at a local infirmary.

Survived by wife; Chanita Stafford-Ayers; mothers, Sharon Stowe and Janice M. Johnson; fathers, Danny Troutman and William H. Stafford; children: Alexis Ayers, Amari Ayers, Torian Ayers, Alexandrea Williams and Jarrod Stafford; grandmother, Annie M. Pigg; siblings, grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family will receive friends on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Terrell Broady Funeral Home, 3855 Clarksville Pike, Nashville, TN.  Celebration will continue on Saturday, March 12, 2022 with visitation at 11:30 a.m. and service at 12:00 noon at Bethesda Original Church of God, 2816 Tucker Road.
