VINCENT LAMONT HORTON, a beloved native of Nashville, TN, was born on May 5, 1963, to the late Mr. Bobbie Lee Horton and Thelma Louise Horton. He was one of eight (8) siblings in a close-knit family filled with love and unity.
On Friday, November 21, 2025, Vincent transitioned to his eternal home, free from pain, entering a life of peace and everlasting joy.
Vincent was a graduate of Glenn Glencliff High School, in Nashville, TN.
Vincent, a man of faith, professed his hope and love in Christ at an early age at Corinth M B Church under the pastorate of Rev. Costello Evans. His faith was a source of strength and guidance throughout his life.
Vincent had a sincere love for his family. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Vincent’s memory will be cherished by his devoted sisters, Norma J. Horton Stewart (deceased), Barbara Jean Horton (deceased), Rev. JoAnne Horton-Harris (Raymond), Patricia L. Horton Starnes/deceased ((Nathaniel/deceased), Rev., Dr. Janet L Horton Seay-Stanley (James/deceased), Angela M. Horton Webb (Charles/deceased), Terrie L. Horton Nelson (Cecil/deceased); Uncles, Eddie and Aaron Fisher, Otto (Moot) Horton, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
