Walter Thomas Brown, Jr., was born September 3, 1952, in Nashville, Tennessee to the parents, Walter T. Eddy and Ida M. Brown. This peaceful life came to an end on Monday, December 1, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Walter by nature lived a modest and quiet life. He never married or had any children.
He was educated in the Nashville Metropolitan Davidson County School System.
Walter was an exceptional Basketball player, he was an avid fan of the Lakers lover of the Lakers Kareem Abdul Jabbar, but he so loved his Tennessee Titans. Sports was his life and passion. He was employed by the Nashville Municipal Auditorium for several years.
Walter’s favorite saying when you approached him was “It’s a tight fight and ain’t nobody winning.”
Walter was preceded in death by his mother, Ida M. Brown, father, Walter T. Eddy, sister, Joyce Brown Pryor, Brother Darrell & Anthony Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted sister, Min. Delores “Lois” Brown, brothers, Michael, Rodney, Reginald and Jeffery Brown, two, aunts, Diane Brown, Geraldine Thompson and several nieces, nephews and cousins, a devoted and cherished friend Paul Batey.
