Wayne Eugene Brown

Wayne E. Brown was born March 16, 1958 to the union of Mary J. Brown and James Ford. He departed this earthly life on Friday, April 7, 2022, at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee.

Wayne accepted Christ at an early age and he was a member of Mt. Paran P.B. Church. He worked in the church doing a varied of different things and he was always willing to help anyone he could.

Wayne attended Nashville Public Schools. He was employed as a cook at Mack’s Restaurant for many years. He enjoyed cooking and catering, and spending time with family and friends.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents Mary J. Brown and James Ford, and his nephew James Truitt.

He leaves to cherish his memories his sister Vicki Truitt, uncles, Clifford (Eva) Brown, Johnny W. Brown (Donna), nieces, Rochelle Brown, Jessica Brown, nephew Michael Wilson, devoted great nephews, Torian Woodard, Eric Posey, devoted friend, Kina Morton, Special friends, Cassandra Armstrong, mother Louise Fleming, Rosalind Pinchon, Residence of Senior Building, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, April 13, 2022, 1-6 at funeral home. Visitation Thursday, April 14, 2022, 11-12 with funeral to follow at Mt. Paran PB Church 1701 14th Ave.North Burial in Greenwood North
