William Rulon Rogers was born October 23, 1980 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was educated in the area. He relocated to Nashville, Tennessee where he was employed as a Roadway Painter.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Leroy Rogers.
He was survived by his mother, Mindy Merrill Rogers, brother, Benjamin Rogers, fiancé, Andrea Restrepo several other relatives and friends. Services will be held in Missoula, Montana.
