Nashville, TN Went to be with the Lord Sunday, December 29, 2013 surrounded by her daughters & grandson. She was born on June 17, 1931 in Winnsboro, SC and was the oldest of 12 children. She is preceded in death by her parents, Will & Laura Small; her husbands, James Walker & Edward Brodie; 5 siblings, Emanuel, James Roger, Gladys & Celese Small & Kansetta Bell. Survived by 3 devoted children, Sabra Lynn (Thaddeus) Jarrett, James Fredrick (Meta) Walker & Teresa Renee' Birdsong; 5 grandchildren Viewing Thursday, 12-6 p.m. Visitation Friday, 11 a.m. til 12 noon with funeral to follow at Terrell Broady Funeral Home, (615) 244-4755
